About the Role:

As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the Planning Solutions teams financial planning software. Your work will ensure a seamless, user-centered experience that aligns with business goals, scales best practices, and enhances engagement for both financial planners and consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform and iterate on design decisions.
Design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling experiences across platforms.
Balance user needs and business objectives to simplify complex workflows.
Establish and maintain a systematic interaction design language.
Drive the user experience from onboarding through long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must-Have:

Experience: 2+ years designing interfaces for complex digital applications.
Expertise: Strong foundation in interaction design, user-centered design, and visual design principles.
Tools: Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design/prototyping tools.
Portfolio: Strong online portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX processes.
Mindset: Self-starter, detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and passionate about UX beyond UI.
